A crispy and creamy fusion of flavors in every bite!

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Set aside.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the shrimp mixture in the center.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the shrimp mixture.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. Dip each burrito in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the burrito bites in the oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, double-fry for 1 minute before serving.
  • You can also bake these at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes for a healthier alternative.
